Corby D Standen

Corby D.Standen, 60, of Streetsboro passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Akron City Hospital. He was born September 25, 1951 in Amherst to Russell and Vera(Barnhart) Standen. He was a member of streetsboro Church of Christ and retired from Finast Supermarkets in 1984 where he was a truck driver. Corby is survived by his loving wife, Zolive Standen whom he married October 30, 1976, son, Russell Lee Standen of Streetsboro, sisters, Cindy Lima of Florida, Susan Hagen of Ravenna, brother Khim Standen of Stow, and many nieces and nephews . Corby was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Peggy Sue Standen. Calling hours will be held from 6 - 8 PM Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Streetsboro Church of Christ, 1386 Russell Dr. Streetsboro, Ohio with Pastors Steve Chapman and Ralph Price officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
