Covert N. "Coke" Mason 91 of Ravenna passed away Thursday January 29, 2015 at the Longmeadow Care Center in Ravenna, Ohio. He was born April 14, 1923 in Cameron, WVA to the late Cecil and Nellie (Bunting) Mason. Coke has been a Ravenna resident most of his life and retired from Dominion East Gas Company where he worked as a utility supervisor. He was a veteran of the US Army Air Corp serving in WW II and was a devoted member of the Ravenna Moose Lodge1234. Survivors include his wife of 57 years Kathleen (Morris) mason, his daughter Candy Clark, his step children Kathy Brown, Ray Ramsdell, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Cory Ramsdell, five sisters and six brothers. Calling hours will be at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel on Monday February 2, 2015 from 11 AM until time of Moose services at 1:00 PM with funeral services immediately following with Rev.
