Daniel K. Hazel 53 of Twinsburg died Saturday, June 19, 2010. He was born September 20, 1956 in Lakewood, OH to Russell C. and Ruth L. (Gerdon) Hazel . Daniel served in the US Marines and was an Automated Software Engineer for Rockwell Automation in Mayfield. Survivors include his wife Devona (Varga), daughters Christine Hazel of MO, Rebecca Kaulbach of Garfield Heights, and Abigail and Elizabeth Hazel both of Twinsburg, grandchildren Logan and Joseph Wylam, mother Ruth Hazel of FL and brothers Russell C. and Jeffery P. Hazel both of FL. He was preceded in death by his father Russell C. Hazel. There will be no calling hours or services at this time, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the American Cancer Society , 10501 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106 . Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home, 9781 Page Road, Streetsboro .
