Daniel C. Smosny 51 of Streetsboro died Friday, September 29, 2017. He was born May 14, 1966 in Cleveland, Ohio to Leonard P. and Mildred R. (Horvath) Smosny. Daniel was a salvage yard manager and an active volunteer for the Summit County Humane Society. Survivors include his sons Daniel Smosny II and Travis Smosny, siblings Leonard Smosny, Kathy Smosny, Carol Smosny-Baranyi and Chris Nobbe, nieces and nephews Matt, Heather, Nikki, Bobby, Kimmy, and Seth, Dogs Ed, Sherman, Charlie, and Lexi and his former wife Brenda Smosny. Also a thank you to Western Reserve hospice, Humane society of Summit County, and all family and friends for all the love and support. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place.
