Darl J. Ferrell

Darl J. Ferrell 86 of Ravenna died Monday, May 27, 2013. He was born April 4, 1927 in Calhoun County, WV to the late Lewis Thornton and Emily (Burris) Ferrell. Darl was a member of the Northfield Village Community Church and retired in 1989 from Evenflo in Ravenna. Survivors include his grandchildren Greg,  Dawn, Philip, Karen and Jeremiah, 11 great grandchildren, and stepsons Roger (Carol) Conard and Curtis (Lori) Conard. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Betty Patchin in 1971, second wife Helen Crown in April of 2013, sons Lewis, David and Gary Ferrell, sisters Edith Criss and Ellen Frazer and brothers Durward and George Ferrell. Calling hours will be from 11 AM to time of services at 12 PM Friday, May 31, 2013 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Reverend William Snyder will officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna.
