Darlene (Ludwig) Moncoveish

Darlene Moncoveish 77 of Garrettsville passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 at UH Portage Medical Center. She was born December 30, 1946 in Merrittstown, PA to Fred and Evelyn (Wingrove) Ludwig. Darlene attended St. Ambrose Church. and worked as a machinist, retiring from HPL of Ohio and Joy Mining Machinery. Survivors include her children Barbara (Tony) Softa and Paul (Terri) Moncoveish, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild  and siblings Freida Springer and Fred (Patt) Ludwig, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David J. Moncoveish, son David J. Moncoveish, Jr. and siblings Naomi Mayers, Joyce King, Mary Lowery, Sandra Binns and Albert Ludwig. At her request, cremation has taken place. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Park in Peninsula, Ohio. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
