David F Girtz

David F. Girtz, 62 of Ravenna, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024. David was born June 4, 1961 in Ravenna to his late parents Delbert and Joanne Girtz. He was an extrusion operator for Cantex out of Aurora. In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his siblings Bill Girtz and Barbara Aughenbaugh. He is survived by his wife Barbara A. Girtz, whom he married July 30, 1983, his children Jeff (Colleen) Girtz and Jake Girtz, his siblings Jim (Deanna) Girtz, Karen Girtz, Audrey (Al) Brodzinski and Carol Girtz, his father and mother in law, Ellis  "Doc" and Carol Moyers and brother in law Jim Moyers. In honoring his request, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be Saturday Janaury 20, 2024 from 12 PM to 2 PM at the Streetsboro American Legion.
