Dawn Marie "Rigby" Wellman 39 of Akron passed away Wednesday May 26, 2010 at her residence in Akron. She was born June 29, 1970 in Pittsburgh, PA to Donald D. Rigby, Sr. and Diane Fritz. She has lived in Akron since 1994 and had worked for Dominoes Pizza in Cuyahoga Falls, and also worked for Wal-Mart and Rally's. In addition to her mother Diane Fritz of Pittsburgh, PA she is survived by her children Christopher Herman, Danielle (Shawn Stump) Herman, Allison Herman, Cheyenne Wellman, grandchildren Phoebe and Austin Stump, brother Donald Rigby, Jr. and sister Dale Ann (Robert Sr.) Bachtel. Her father Donald Rigby, Sr. preceded her in death in 2008. Calling hours will be from 10:00 AM Saturday May 29, 2010 until of Funeral services at 11:00 AM at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery Streetsboro, Ohio.
