Debra Joanne Horning

Debra Joanne Horning, also known as Deb or Debbie, passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 70 in Medina, Ohio. She was born on November 22, 1953, in Bellaire, Ohio. Debbie was a beloved wife to David Horning, a cherished mother to Danielle Horning and Derek Horning, and a proud grandmother to Ezekiel Pineda. She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Horning, and her parents Daisy, and Carl Tubaugh.

Debbie had a kind and generous spirit, always finding joy in making others feel loved and happy. She had a passion for cooking, and loved to go shopping. She enjoyed lunch  dates with her sister’s Cheryl Hogue and Donna Konkle.  Debbie also loved hitting up garage sales and going on road trips with her best friend Darlene May. Last but not least , she loved  her husbands ability to fix anything that was broken, his great sense of humor, and all their time they were given these past 48 years together.

Debbie dedicated 34 years of her life to Robinson Memorial Hospital before retiring. Her commitment and hard work left a lasting impact on her colleagues and the community.

Services for Debbie will be Thursday, January 4th from 5-7pm at the Liberty Bible Church (2215 OH-183. Atwater OH 44201)

Debbie will be deeply missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kindness, generosity, and loving nature will forever be remembered. May she rest in peace.
