Delia "Dee" (Harvey) Black

Delia O. "Dee" Black 89 of Kent passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Riverside manor in Newcomerstown, Ohio. She was born April 14, 1935 in Overton, TN to Bedford and Nany Bell (Stover) Harvey. Delia was a member of the Ravenna Assembly of God Church since 1954 where she was active in the MAPS Program and had been an inspector for Morris Controls. Survivors include her children John P. Johnson, Jr. and Debbie (Stan) Hughes, stepdaughters Darla (Donald) Toth and Miriam (Don) Thomas, 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands John P. Johnson and A. James Black. Calling hours will be from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the Ravenna Assembly of God. Pastor Gary Beck will officiate.
