Denise E. (Pifer) Bevington

Denise Elaine Bevington 78 of Mantua passed away on May 30, 2016 at UH Portage Medical Center. She was born December 21, 1938 in Mantua to Richard and Lois Pifer. Denise was married for 55 wonderful years to the love of her life, Harold Bevington. She was a farmer's wife and mother to one son who loved to have luncheons with her friends and have her hair done. She also loved to ride her 3 wheeler and feed the workers on the farm. She enjoyed video games, crosswords and watching reality shows and soap operas. Family and friends were always very important to Denise, who lived in Mantua her entire life. Denise is survived by her husband Harold Bevington, son Shawn (Tiffany) Bevington and grandchildren Tim and Megan Bevington and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project or the charity of your choice.
