Dennis R. Van Steenberg 45 of Ravenna, passed away Sunday August 14, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 22, 1970 in Youngstown, Ohio to Raymond And Betty (Starcher) Van Steenberg, Sr. Dennis has lived in Ravenna most of his life and had worked as a construction worker. Survivors include his mother Betty Van Steenberg, his children Brittany Porter, Dennis R. Porter, two grandchildren, his companion Shirley Liddle, and sibllings Raymond Van Steenberg, Jr., Diana Jerina and Darla Myers. He was preceded in death by his father Raymond, Sr. Memorial calling hours will be from 5:00 PM Monday August 22, 2016 until his Celebration of Life Service at 6:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church Ravenna, Ohio with Pastor David Ballert Officiating.
