Diana Jean (Sapp) Moore

Diana Jean Sapp Moore, of Yosemite, KY, formerly of Kent, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday January 7, 2025 in Lexington, KY.  Born April 13, 1958, she was 66 years old.  Preceded in death by her parents, Sterling Eugene and Shirley (Liston) Sapp and her brother Charles Eugene Sapp.  She is survived by her life partner of 20 years David Snow, her fur baby Piper, her sons Steven (Megan) Moore, Justin Moore, sister LeeAnn (William) Ferguson, grandchildren Britnee (Steve) Colley, Khord (Briana) Moore, Kennedy (Mike) Eversole, Matthew Murphy, Dawson and Granger Kuklo and Sophia, nieces and nephews Katie (RJ) Smith, Natalie (Tyler) Phelps, Brian (Sadie) Ferguson, great niece and nephews Tanner, Collins, Sawyer, Tate and Romy, and many cousins.  In-laws Darryl (Sharon) Snow, sister and brother in laws Kathy and Tony Snow, step children Brianna (Drew) Kuklo and Alexis King.  Living in Portage County, Ohio most of her life, Diana was a graduate from Ravenna in 1978.  She continued her education at Southern Ohio College of Business, getting her associate degree in business.  Family was her whole world.  She was the biggest fan for all of her family members at their sporting events.  She was also known for her big heart, loving and caring soul and would help anyone in an instant.  She enjoyed spending time and traveling to visit her family in Ohio and South Carolina all the time.  In honoring Diana’s request, she was a registered organ donor and cremation has taken place.  A memorial will be held in Ravenna, Ohio at a later time and will be announced on Facebook.  Condolences and memories may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
