Donald C. Hill 76 of Paris Township died Sunday, March 22, 2015. He was born June 27, 1938 in Palmyra Township to Jalmer and Georgia (Bowyer) Hill. Don was a US Army Veteran, a member of the Sebring Lions Club, the American Legion in Senora, CA and the Ohio National Guard Family Readiness Group in Stow. He retired from Chrysler Corporation where he was a crib attendant and steel cutter and was a member of St. Catherine's Church in Lake Milton. Survivors include his wife of 51 years Theresa D. (Mospens), daughters Connie Jarvis of Akron, Carol (Stuart) Atkinson of Louisiana, Rebecca (Duane) Cadle of Berlin Center, Rachel (Bill) Craft of Sarasota, FL, son Donald C. (Robin) Hill II of Ravenna, 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents , great granddaughter Scarlet Adams and a brother Jalmer Hill. Calling hours will be from 10 AM to 10:45 AM Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Lions Club service will be at 10:45 Wednesday followed by the funeral service at 11 AM officiated by Steve Kenneally. Burial will follow in West Cemetery in Palmyra.
