Douglas G. Fridley 52 of Ravenna passed away at his sisters house in Gilbertsville, Kentucky on Wednesday December 18, 2013. He was born June 19, 1961 in Washington, PA to Gene Fridley and Shirley F. (Briggs) Higgs . He has lived in Ravenna, Kent and the majority of his life was spent in Streetsboro. Survivors include his children Kenneth, Steven and James Fridley all of Kentucky, six grandchildren, his father Kenneth Gene Fridley of Streetsboro, his mother Shirley F. Higgs of Ravenna and sisters Linda Byars, Julie Saxton and Debbie Fulks. Calling hours will be 2-5 PM Sunday December 22, 2013 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel where funeral services will be 1:30 PM Monday with Rev. Bill Snyder officiating.
