E. Gary Kingery

E. Gary Kingery 77 of Ravenna died Monday, September 2, 2013. He was born November 28, 1935 in Ironton, Ohio to John and Birdie (Higgins) Kingery. A Ravenna resident since the 1960's, he was a US Army veteran of the Korean War, worked for Oak Rubber, the Ravenna Arsenal and GFS and was a member of the Italian American Society, VFW #1055 and the Ravenna Moose. Survivors include his daughter Christina Marie Zepp of Ocala, FL and son Donald Hans Kingery of Oakland, CA, 1 grandchild, sisters Norma Jean Champ of Mt. Gilead, OH, Vickie Gilbert of Minford, OH, Janie Smith of Ironton, OH, Robin Kingery of Minford, OH and Roxanne Varney of Kings George, VA and brothers Michael of Marion, OH Howard of Wheelersburg, OH and Mackie Dale of Minford, OH. and his girlfriend, Shelia Dunlap. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Hilda Faye Bradley and brothers Roger Dean, Rocky Dean, George Arnold and John Spears Kingery. Calling hours will be from 5 - 7 PM Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday, September 9, 2013 at the funeral home with Reverend William Snyder officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna.
