Earl B. Johnson 89 of Ravenna, Ohio and New Milton, WV died Thursday, April 14, 2016. He was born August 17, 1926 in Bellaire, Ohio to George O. and Goldie (Crawford) Johnson. Earl was a US Army veteran of WWII and retired from the Norton Company in Akron. Survivors include brother George Leslie Johnson sister Shirley Alexander of California and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Hope in 2004, sisters Margaret Evelyn Wanstreet, Betty Mae Knight and Rosalee Ann Knoch and brothers Harold Bernard Johnson and Roger harry Johnson. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 18, 2016 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna with Pastor Glen Rader officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
