Eleanor L (Hinderliter) Schomer

Eleanor Schomer 80 of Ravenna passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Robinson Memorial Hospital.  She was born May 15, 1930 in Connellsville, PA to the late Daniel and Margret (Neil) Hinderliter. Eleanor worked for Robinson
Memorial Hospital as a Nurses Aid and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Surviors include her daughter, Anna (Butch) Schomer-Farley of Beckley, WV, son, John T. Schomer, Jr. of Ravenna, daughter in law, Julie Schomer of Ravenna, grandchildren, Brian (Michella) Farley of Bolt, WV, Leigh Ann (Michael) Hosey of Shady Spring, WV, Matthew Farley of Alexandria, LA, Katie (Jerry) Bridges of Lacey, WA, Andree (Jon) Popke of New York, NY, Lynne Schomer of Ravenna, Jessie Schomer of Ravenna, great grandchildren, Zachery, Logan, Emma, Olivia Farley, Makayla and Tyler Hosey, lifelong friend and sister in law, Betty (Ted) Doppelhauer of Stow, brother in law, Don (Glenda) Schomer of Ravenna,  She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Schomer, Sr. who died April, 13, 2003, and she was the last of 9 brothers and sisters who preceded her in death. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at St Paul Lutheran Church in Ravenna, with Pastor Dan J. Caruso, Jr, officiating.
