Elisa (Tamburrino) Yates

Elisa Tamburrino Yates 79 of Ravenna passed away Friday, June 24, 2011 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. She was born March 8, 1932 in Ravenna to the late Joseph and Mary (Pantalone) Tamburrino.  Elisa was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.  She was a Medical Tech at Robinson Memorial Hospital for 25 years, and a secretary for Physics Dept at Kent State University. Survivors included her loving husband, whom she married January 8, 1955, Ronald Yates, daughter, Diane Yates, son, Michael Yates, both of Portland, OR, sister, Philomena Shanley of Ravenna, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.  Calling Hours will be held from 4 - 7 PM Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Church with Father John Michael Lavelle officiating.
