Elise A. (Gabaric) Creed

Elise A. Creed 74 of Aurora died Saturday, June 19, 2010. She was born March 4, 1936 in Cleveland, OH to the late John and Anna (Krasonja) Gabaric. An Aurora resident for the past 40 years, Elise had been a recreational therapist while in college and was an avid gardner, accomplished cook and enjoyed her family and friends. Survivors include her daughters Karen (Bryan) Coates of Amherst, OH and Kathy (Wesley Willis) Creed of Rootstown, son Carl Creed of Macedonia , grandchildren Brandon and Mason Coates, and sister-in-law Kathy Gabaric of Kansas . She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John J. and a brother Johnny Gabaric. Calling hours will be from 10:00 AM to time of services at 12:00 PM Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Rev. William Snyder will officiate and burial will follow in Aurora City Cemetery.
