Ella Francis (Scott) Kimble

Ella Francis Scott Kimble, 97 of Williamson WV, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018 at UH Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, OH.  She was born October 9, 1920 in Williamson, WV to the late Sam and Clara (Sammons) Scott.  She worked as a salesperson for Taylors Jewelry Store and was a member of the First Baptist Church, both in Williamson, WV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Kimble, her daughter Carol Smith, her grandsons Joey Lowe, Jeff Smith and brothers Ralph Scott and Dr. Jack Scott.  She leaves to cherish in her memory, her daughter Rachel (Joe) Lowe of Ravenna, her grandchildren Karen Murphy, Debbie (Scott) Anderson, Ron Smith, Donna (Mark) Vintson, John Smith, nine great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, brother Glenn Scott, and many loving nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 4-7 pm at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 12 pm at the First Baptist Church in Williamson, WV with burial to follow in Mountain View Memorial Gardens Huddy, Kentucky. Services in West Virginia are entrusted to the Hatfield Funeral Chapel.  Condolences and memories of Ella may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
