Elsie L. (Hostetler) Lindsay

Elsie L. Lindsay 84 of Atwater, Formerly of Ravenna, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Bel Air Care Center in Alliance. She was born December 8, 1928 in Ravenna to the late John "Jack" and Marion (Abel) Hostetler.  Elsie was a member of Atwater Congregational Church. She is survived by her son, Walter B. Lindsay Jr. of Ravenna, daughters, Barbara (Dave) Lawson of NC,  Patricia (Ronald) Heppe of Atwater, Paula Heiney of Atwater, grandchildren, Michelle Withrow, Lindsay Kieffer, Philip Knipp Jr. , Erin Haws, Matthew Coury, Savannah Heiney, and great grandchildren, Orrin, Cole, Lillian, Nolan, Logan, Braden, Ian, Ellie, Emma, Julianna, William and Ally (yet to arrive).  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter B. Lindsay, sisters, Laverna, Florence, brothers, Wayne and Russell Hostetler.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Atwater Congregational Church, 1237 SR 183, Atwater, OH, with Pastor Rich Hall officiating. Burial will be in Atwater Cemetery following the service.  Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
