Elsie E. Kitchen 87 of Streetsboro died Monday, January 1, 2018 at Heritage of Hudson. She was born June 1, 1930 in Garfield Heights, Ohio to Frank and Mary (Peruzin) Skrlj. Elsie worked in the housekeeping department at Marymount Hospital. Survivors include her children Barbara Kitchen, Edna (Al) Klimak, Renee (Wayne) Chappell, Nadene (Dean) Johnson and Missy (Kevin Hess) Miller, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Alfred in 1997, daughter Joann Kitchen, son Paul Kitchen and a sister Mary Turkovich. Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. At her request cremation will follow the calling hours. The family wished to thank the caregivers at Heritage of Hudson and Bella Care Hospice.
