Eugene B Robinson, Sr.

Eugene B. Robinson, Sr., 93, of Brimfield. passed away Sunday June 29, 2025 at Heather Knoll Nursing Home in Tallmadge, Ohio.  On April 17, 1932, he was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia to the late Michael B. and Ada R. (Reed) Robinson.  Mr. Robinson has lived in Brimfield Twp. the past 27 years and was formerly of Streetsboro.  He retired from the Chrysler Corp in Twinsburg where he worked in the tool crib, and was a veteran of the US Army serving in the Korean War.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Eugene B. Robinson, Jr. and siblings Carl Brown, Carletta Brown and Doralee Brown.  Survivors include his wife Carolyn J. (Goray) Robinson, his children Vanessa (Daniel) Tomasch, Dale (Cathy) Robinson, his step-children Vickie (Roger) Miller, Dennis Bontrager, Lori Bontrager, Ron (Brenda) Bontrager, Gerald (Corinne) Bontrager, 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.  Calling hours will be Saturday July 5, 2025 from 10:00 Am until time of funeral services at 11:00 Am at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel.  Private family burial will be in All Souls Cemetery Chardon, Ohio.  Condolences and memories of Eugene may be shared with his family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com
