Euretha June (Knight) Lewis

Euretha June Lewis 83 of Ravenna, formerly of Palmyra, died Friday, August 21, 2015. She was born September 13, 1931 in Richwood, WV to Basil and Marie (Crews) Knight. A Palmyra resident from 1960 until she moved to Ravenna in 2003, she was a member of the Edinburg First Church of God and was actice in missions and the funeral committee at the church. She had worked briefly for Oak Rubber as a glove stripper. Survivors include her daughters Barbara (Ted) Jagietta of Lake Milton, Sue (Joe) Pantalone of Ravenna and Mary Greathouse of Akron, son Larry (Susan) Lewis of Ravenna, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles J. in 2001 and a granddaughter Racheal Jagietta. Calling hours will be from 11 AM to time of service at 1 PM Monday, August 24, 2015 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel with Reverend Brad Edder officiating. Burial will follow in West Cemetery in Palmyra. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Edinburg First Church of God, 4084 Rock Spring Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
