Evelyn E. "Evie" (Hansen) Biltz

Evelyn "Evie" Biltz 98 of Newport News, VA, formerly of Ravenna, entered heavens gates on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. She was greeted there by her husband of sixty seven years Dale A. Biltz, her beloved son Terry D. Biltz, her parents Herbert and Helen Hansen, son in law Steven R. Crossett and her sister Ruth E. Vargo. She was one the last remaining "Rosie the Riveters" during WWII at Twin Coach in Kent. Evie's favorite pass time was watching the Indians, Cavaliers, Ohio State and spending time with her family. Left to cherish her memories are her daughter Kathy Crossett, granddaughter Dawn (Bob) Griffith, great grandson Liam Griffith and granddaughter Amanda (Nathaniel) Crossett-Kidd, great grandson Steven Crossett-Kidd. She will also be missed by her extended family, Dave and Norma Bice, Kevin Bice, Erin and Jaime Timmons, Katie Bice, Vance, Ryan and Bella. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM Friday, February 9, 2024 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna.
