Fanny (Ercolino) Coia

Fanny Coia 90 of Ravenna died Monday, September 20, 2010 at the Gardens of the Western Reserve in Streetsboro. She was born January 6, 1920 in Italy. Fanny was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and the Italian American Society and had worked in food service for Kent State University and the Carousel Dinner Theater. Survivors include her daughter Carmella Coia of Ravenna, son Anthony J. (Jean) Coia of Ravenna and grandsons Ron Coia and Nicholas (Ashley) Coia. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony in 1998. Calling hours will be from 10:00 AM to time of service at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Father John Michael Lavelle will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Ravenna. Memorials can be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Sesquicentennial Shrine, 409 W. Main Street, Ravenna, OH 44266.
