Fred Reed Triplett, 84 of Palmyra, Ohio passed away Wednesday December 22, 2010 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. He was born February 4, 1926 in Akron, OH to Mary (Calvert) Triplett. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. Fred was a Commercial Artist till he retired. He lived in Parkersburg, WV for 30 years. He was the Chaplain for the DAV, lifelong member of the American Legion,and was a member of the Akron Barbershop quartet. Survivors include his daughters, Renee Baker of Akron, Connie (Bryan) Stinnett of Palmyra, Vicki Triplett of Akron, Sandy Richardson of Akron, sons, Bruce (Linjie) Triplett of Ephrata, WA, Robert (Pam) Triplett of Jacksonville, FL, Ronald (Kay) Triplett of Solomons, MA 12 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
