Garnet A (Meabon) Casten

Garnet A. Casten 62 of Ravenna, passed away Sunday November 6, 2016 at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born August 15, 1954 in Jamestown, New York to the late Michael and Ann (Labaron) Meabon. Mrs. Casten has lived in Ravenna since 1973 and was working for Thermal Fischer Scientific in Twinsburg as an inspector for 28 years. Some of her favorite things to do was gardening and thrift shopping. She is survived by her loving husband Randy R. Casten whom she married in February of 1971, her loving children Todd Casten, LeAnn Gallagher, her beloved grandchildren Amber Casten, Cole Casten, Mason Casten, Mallory Gallagher, Samantha Gallagher and her loving great granddaughter Lea Hissett. She is also survived by her siblings, Claire Card, Junelle Titus, Daryl Dye, Kevin Meabon, Grant Meabon and Todd Meabon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Mark Meabon. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday November 12, 2016 at Riverside Cemetery Kennedy, New York.
