George Andrew Kotrick

George Andrew Kotrick 54 of Ravenna passed away Friday September 19, 2014 at the Cleveland Clinic.  He was born in Ravenna, Ohio on May 1, 1960 to George A. and Patricia (Golgosky) Kotrick.  He has lived in Ravenna all his life and was working for Giant Eagle in Ravenna as a night manager.  George graduated from Ravenna High School, enjoyed watching hockey and soccer and was an avid bike rider.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Ravenna and had played sofball pitching a no hitter and a one hitter.  In addition to his parents, George and Patricia Kotrick,   survivors include his wife of 25 years Amy (Wunderle) Kotrick, his daughters Sara and Meagan, his brothers Bill (Linda) Kotrick of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Rob (Kristy) Kotrick of Munroe Falls, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.  Calling hours will be 6 - 8 PM Tuesday September 23, 2014 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday September 24, 2014 with Deacon Greg Wunderle Officiating.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
