Gerald Paul Miron

Gerald Paul Miron 73 of Ravenna, formerly of Aurora, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 at his home with is family at his side.  He was born August 1, 1936 in Detroit, MI to the late Leon J. and Amanda M. (Freda) Miron. He served with the US Army National Guard, was the Vice President of Sales for Tomlinson Industries where he retired in 2000. After retirement he worked for Reality One for 6 years, then for Cutler Reality in the Ravenna office.  Gerald has lived in Ravenna the past 8 years where he was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and the Ravenna Elks. Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Janet M. (Boyer) Miron, daughters, Linda M. Murdock of Akron, Nancy A. Miron of Willoughby, Susan (Robert) George of Hudson, Karen Sirna of Auburn, Mary (Jeff) Borchik of Omsted Falls, son, Mike (Kelly) Miron of Lakewood, 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brother, Leon Miron of MI, and Richard Miron of FL.  Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Church, 409 W. Main St Ravenna, OH, with Father John Michael Lavelle officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Division of Natural Areas & Preserves, Aurora Sanctuary, 2045 Morse Road, Bldg.
