Gerald Jerry Taylor

Gerald "The Camera Man" Jerry Taylor 66 of Ravenna passed away Saturday October 9, 2010 at the Cleveland Clinic.  He was born March 23, 1944 in Ravenna to the late Earl and Hattie Mae (Hicks) Taylor.  He has been a lifelong Ravenna resident, attended New Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Ravenna and was a veteran of the US Army serving in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Donald and sister Annabelle Reynolds. Survivors include his son Eric of Virginia, siblings Edward of Kent, William of Las Vegas, Victor (Patricia) of Ravenna, Ronald of Virginia, Bernard (Dorothy) of Ravenna, Catherine Brown of Ravenna, three uncles, four aunts, nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces, nephews, a host of family and friends, including his special friend Elizabeth Stow of Kent.  There will be no calling hours, cremation has taken place.  Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Saturday October 16, 2010 at the New Mount Calvary Baptist Church with Rev.
