Geraldine "Gerry" J (Kleinsmith) Tennant

Geraldine J "Gerry" Tennant 91 of Ravenna passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Kent Health Care Center.  She was born November 19, 1919 in Cleveland to the late Charles and Josephine (Miller) Kleinsmith.  Gerry was the eldest of 9 siblings. Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Tennant of Stow, son, Ken (Ruth) Tennant of Ashville, OH, granddaughter, Lisa Hobb of Streetsboro, 3 great grandchildren, sister Arlene Clinton of Mansfield, and a brother, Donald (Grace) Kleinsmith of Ravenna. Calling hours will be held 6 - 8 PM Thursday, July 28, 2011 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.  The Funeral Service will be held, at the funeral home, at 10:00 AM Friday with Chaplin Beth Niermann officiating.  Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna.
