Glenn F. Hummell, Sr. 83 of Streetsboro, formerly of Bedford Heights, died Thursday, August 17, 2017. He was born June 11, 1934 in Georges Twp., PA to Frank and Iva (Fike) Hummell. Glenn worked as a Crane Operator in the Steel Industry and as a custodian for Orange High School. He was an avid camper and was a retired member of the Cuyahoga Falls Campers Club. Survivors include his wife of over 59 years Marlene (Kapela), sons Glenn F. (Maryanne) Hummell, Jr. and James (Kim) Hummell, granddaughters Morgan, Mollee, Kristy and Samantha and great grandchildren Clayton, Chloe, Link, Jude, Gideon, Giana and Alexis. Memorial Calling hours will be held from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Monday, August 21, 2017 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.
