Gloria Jean (Hayes) Lovejoy

Gloria Jean (Hayes) Lovejoy "GoGo" 59 of Ravenna passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at The Cleveland Clinic. She was born September 17, 1953 in Ravenna to the late Ira Ed and Barbara (Rhinehart) Hayes. Gloria enjoyed spending time with her family hosting countless dinners, picnics and get togethers. She has been an active 4-H advisor for over 10 years. She also has been a standard fixture at the Randolph Fair for more than 40 years. She loved boating, fishing, camping and attending her grandchildrens sporting events. She hosted an annual pig roast that was attended by hundreds of guests every year. She loved her dogs and horses as well. She was a giving, unselfish and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Earl Lovejoy whom she married June 5, 1970. She is survived by daughters, Sonja Witchey of Palmyra, Tasha (Josh) Mugrage of Richlands, NC, Tiffiany Lovejoy, and sons, Earl (Amy) Lovejoy II, Shane (Tina) Lovejoy, Jason (Kym) Lovejoy all of Ravenna. Also her grandchildren, Erika, Lee, Jake, Megan, Brayton, Brogan, Brooke, Jay, Tyler, Colby, Jalynn, Paisley, Kinslee, Craigy, Kendrah, and great grandson, Mason Also sister, Sue (Denver) Lovejoy of Carrollton, brothers, Ralph (Julie) Hayes of Diamond, and Fred (Cheryl) Hayes of Ravenna and countless nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held from 5 - 8 PM Friday, March 29, 2013 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Funeral Home with Pastor Joseph Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery following the service.
