Gloria J. Yeager

Gloria J. Yeager 80 of Streetsboro passed away Saturday, July 25, 2026 at Grande Village Manor in Twinsburg, Ohio. Born on February 7, 1946, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Gloria was the daughter of John and Mary Hedwig (Soha) Lakus.

Gloria retired from the City of Streetsboro, where she worked with the Planning Commission and Civil Service screening. She also enjoyed careers as an Avon sales representative, Community Survey representative, and Welcome Wagon representative.

She is survived by her loving husband, James Allen Yeager; her son, Eric (Rowena) Yeager; her granddaughters, Mahlaina (Dillon) Wheaton and Mia Yeager; and her great-granddaughter, Emilia Wheaton.

Gloria loved spending time with her family, her two dogs and gardening. She had a passion for crafting and participating in craft shows, and she continued to enjoy creating jewelry for others until her final days.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Gloria's life for friends and family will be held at a later date.
