Gregory L. Brown

Gregory L. Brown 60, of Ravenna passed away Tuesday July 8, 2014 at Mary Mount Hospital in Garfield.  He was born May 22, 1954 to Lewis and Theresa (Scisson) Brown, Jr.  Gregory has lived in Ravenna since 1997, had worked as a painter and was a veteran of the US Army.  He was preceded in death by his father Lewis Brown, Jr., his brother Barry D. Brown and sister Donna Sue Brown.  Survivors include his children Gregory L. Brown, Jr., David L. Brown, Crystal Smith, Christian Brown, numerous grandchildren, his mother Theresa Brown and his siblings Lewis Dwayne Brown, William Brown, Beverly Brown, Venetta Brown, Lena Liuzzo and Nancy Kapousis and many nieces and nephews.  Calling hours will be Tuesday  July 15, 2014 from 1 PM until time of funeral services at 2:00 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Pastor Bob Sepkovich officiating.  Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery  Ravenna, Ohio.  Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
