Harold L. Humberson, Sr.

Harold L. Humberson, Sr. 73 of Uniontown passed away Tuesday February 23, 2016 at Altercare of Brimfield.  He was born April 9, 1942 in Friendsville, Maryland to the late Charles and Ruebena  (Lowdermilk) Humberson.  Mr. Humberson has lived in Ravenna and Streetsboro area from 1972 until 2004 and retired from  SPS Technology in Cleveland where he worked as a heat treater.  He was a member of the Portage Community Church in Ravenna and was an avid fan of all Cleveland Sports.  Survivors include his sons Harold L. (Shana) Humberson, Jr. of Uniontown, Robert Fisher of Friendsville, MD, his daughters Teresa Humberson and Robin (Collin) Beale  both  of Streetsboro, his grandchildren Olivia and Mason Beale, Brenden, Alyssa and Levi Humberson.  Mr. Humberson was the youngest of 20 siblings with three brothers and one sister surviving.  Calling hours will be Thursday February 25, 2016 from 5 PM until time of funeral services at  7 PM at the Portage Community Church Ravenna, Ohio with Pastor Barry Shahan officiating.   Calling hours will also be on Saturday February 27, 2016 from 12 PM until time of funeral services at 2 PM at Sand Spring Church Friendsville, Maryland with Pastor Dana Umbel officiating.  Burial will follow the services at Sand Spring Cemetery Friendsville, Maryland.  Condolences and memories of Harold may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
