Harry J. Mostella

Rev. Harry J. Mostella, 79 of Ravenna, passed away Monday April 20, 2015 at the Maplewood Care Center in Ravenna, Ohio.  He was born November 13, 1935 in Ashville, Alabama to the late Ernest  and Mary Eliza (Dowell) Mostella.  Rev. Mostella used to minister at God's Church in Ravenna and retired from the AC Williams Company.  Survivors include his wife Vicie (Mounts)  Mostella  whom he married in 2002.   His daughter Andrea Mostella of Akron, his step-children Luther Taylor, Ray Taylor, Ann Maggard all of Ravenna, his grandchildren  Kyle James Mostella, Anna Marie Mostella, Sgt. James Taylor, Chelsi Stamper, Zac Taylor, Brett Richeson, Sean Richeson, Blaine Taylor, Brandon Taylor, his  great grandchildren Patience Marie Mostella, Grayson Taylor, Ellie Taylor and L.J. Taylor, his siblings Wallace Mostella, Ernestine Williams both of Ashville, Alabama and Jean Putnam of Warren, Ohio and lots of loving nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Clarence and Richard Mostella, Bertha McDougal, Betty Cook, Della Clay and Alice Ford.  Calling hours will be from 2:30 PM until time of services at 4:00 PM on Friday April 24, 2015 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Rev. Neil Heller officiating.  Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park Ravenna, Ohio.
