Harry E Richards

Harry E. Richards, 83 of Ravenna passed away Sunday April 18, 2021 at UH Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.  He was born May 16, 1937 in Latrobe, PA to the late Arthur and Jane (Smith) Richards.  Harry has lived in Ravenna since 1967 and retired in 1997 from the Chrysler Corporation in Twinsburg after 33 years and four months of service.  He was a veteran of the US Army.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Glenda on August 27, 2008 and his child Christian LaRue.  Survivors include his children  Sonny (Julie) Richards, Arthur Richards, foster daughter Linda (Kip) Visher, Step-Kennita Admire, Glenn (Terrie) Palmer,  his sister Carol Miller and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Calling hours will be from 11:00 Am until time of funeral services at  1:00 PM on Thursday April 22, 2021 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery Ravenna, Ohio.  Condolences and memories of Harry may be shared with his family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
