Hazel (West) Davis

Hazel Davis 86 of Aurora, formerly of Perry, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, October  9, 2012 at Maplewood Care Center.  She was born August 29, 1926 in Clay, WV to the late Everett and Barbara (Jarvis) West. Hazel was a former member of Perry Church of God. She enjoyed gardening and quilting.  She will be sadly missed by her sister, Mural Hayes of Aurora, brothers, Herbert West of Walback, WV, Jesse West of Bristolville, OH, Junior West of Marshallville, OH, several nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren, and 6 step-children.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Paul Davis, brothers, Oscar and Dencil West. Calling hours will be held from 4 - 7 PM Friday, October 12, 2012 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM  Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Hindel officiating. Burial will be in Perry Township Cemetery.
