Helen Marie (Lorenz) Zarlino

Helen Marie Zarlino 67 of Streetsboro, formerly of Maple Heights, died Thursday, July 15, 2010. She was born May 18, 1943 in Van Voorhis, PA to the late Paul and Julie Lorenz. Mrs. Zarlino was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro, worked as an executive secretary for Boston Distributing and Cook United Distributors and was a substitute aide for Streetsboro City Schools. Survivors include her daughter Jeanine Zarlino of Streetsboro, son Donald A. Zarlino, Jr. of Sheffield Lake, grandchildren Abigayle and Donald III, sisters Jenney Bennett of Lorain, OH , Vi Morgan of Monongahela, PA , Julie Michaux and Joyce Baltich both of Van Voorhis, PA and a brother Leo Lorenz of Van Voorhis, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Shirley Dryer and Paulette Lawrence. Calling hours will be from 1 - 4 PM Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Shorts Spicer Crilsip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. A mass of christian burial will be held at 10 AM Monday, July 19, 2010 at St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Shalersville, OH.
