Homer L. Resseger 74 of Ravenna died Saturday, December 15, 2012. He was born November 26, 1938 in New Martinsville , WV to John A. and Mary Belle (Howell) Resseger . Mr. Resseger was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Ravenna and retired from Chrysler Corporation in Twinsburg where he was a press operator and worked in maintenance. Survivors include his wife of 47 years Carol (Simshauser), daughters Tracy Resseger and Nancy (Christopher) Dietz and son Paul Resseger all of Ravenna , grandson Anthony Dietz and a brother Junior Resseger of Ravenna . He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Dorothy, Ida, Zeta, Martha, Louise and Alberta and brothers Francis and Joseph. Calling hours will be from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Ravenna with Pastor Dan J. Caruso, Jr officiating.
