Idabell Margaret (Lorenzen) Davis

Idabell Margaret Davis, 90 of Rootstown, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Woodlands Health and Rehab. She was born on April 9, 1931 to the late Fred E. and Pearl M. (Oshell) Lorenzen in Carroltown, Pennsylvania. Idabell was a part of T.O.P.S,  the Ravenna Community Choir and the choir at Rootstown Community Bible Church. Along with her parents, Idabell is preceded in death by the love of her life Curtis A. Davis, Sr. February 9, 2014, sons-in-law Markell Boyd and Joel Vitchkoski, grandsons James McCammon and Todd Adelman, siblings Pearl Pentland, Katie Copeland, Elsie Schindler, David Lorenzen, John Lorenzen and Joe Lorenzen. She is survived by her children Linda (Jim) Adelman, Cathy McCurry, Curtis (Beth) Davis, Jr., Kimberly Vitchkoski and Sherri Boyd, 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 5:00PM - 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 10:00 AM until time of services  at 11:00 AM at the Rootstown Community Bible Church in Rootstown, Ohio. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna, Ohio.  The family would like to thank Woodlands Health and Rehab along with Crossroads Hospice, with a special thank you to Eric her aide and the rest of the nursing staff.
