Irene (Bobby) Kovach

Irene Kovach 82 of Rootstown died Monday, October 25, 2010 at Robinson Memorial
Hospital in Ravenna. She was born April 15, 1928 in Ravenna to the late Amel and
Helen (Kuba) Bobby. Irene was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church
in Mogadore and worked as a sorter for Lamson & Sessions. Survivors include her
sisters Mary Kuyon, Helen Barna and Susan Janka all of Ravenna, brother Pete
Bobby of California, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death
by her parents, husband Albert, sisters Ann Dubinsky and Olga Ringley, brother
John Maydak and niece Agnes Moskal. Calling hours will be from 12:00 to 1:00 PM
Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Thursday with Father Nicholas Wyslutsky
officiating. Burial will be in Homeland Cemetery in Rootstown.
