Isabelle Lockwood 85 of Kent, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 18, 2010, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born June 8, 1925
in Fort Gay, WV to Eatheal and Josephine (Maynard) Ball. She was a member of the Mission Baptist Temple in Stow, loved going to church, watching movies with her
trusted friend Ryan, Saturday breakfasts, summer camping, cuddling with her loving cat Nick and watching birds and butterflies. Survivors include her daughter Norma (Richard) Ellis of Ravenna, grandchildren Angela McMaster and Zteve Ellis, sisters Amy Green of Mogadore and Ruth Kramer of Ellet and brothers Ralph (Judy) Ball of Deersville, OH and Archie Ball of NC. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Joseph Lockwood. Calling hours will be from 5 - 7 PM Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. A memorial services will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Mission Baptist Temple, 4163 Kent Road, Stow, OH. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Wadsworth, Ohio. Memorials should be made to the American Heart Association.
