Jack E. Hogue II, 62, of Kent, formerly of Deerfield, passed away Monday, April 20, 2020 at the Gardens at Liberty Park in Streetsboro. He was born December 27, 1957 in Akron Ohio. Jack was a US Army veteran and worked as the Central Maintenance Manager for the City of Kent until his retirement. Survivors include his wife of over 39 years Cheryl (Tubaugh), children Matthew Hogue and Erica (Matthew) McClain, grandson Asher McClain, mother Ruth Hogue, siblings Lori Thompson, Lisa Pitcher, David Hogue and Scott Hogue. Cremation has taken place, entombment of his remains will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville and a celebration of life will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
