Jack B. Robey

Jack B. Robey 79 of Rootstown Township died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Akron City Hospital. He was born August 14, 1934 in Akron, Ohio to the late Leonard T. and Donna (Barovich) Robey. Jack has lived in Rootstown since 1955, was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Kent, and worked as a repairman for Lamb Electric in Kent. Survivors include his wife of 62 years Janice (Long), son David M. Robey of Rootstown, daughters Debbie of Kent, Lynette Klauck of Brady Lake and Angela G. Robey of Rootstown, 6 grandchildren, sister Nikki Pierce of AZ, brother Robert Robey of Zanesville and half-brother Raymond Robey of Mansfield. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel with Brother Denny Just officiating.
