Jacquelyn S. Johnson

Jacquelyn S. Johnson 54 of Ravenna  passed away  Monday February 23, 2015 at Robinson  Memorial Hospital in Ravenna, Ohio.  She was born January 17, 1961 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Frank  Peatross and Dorotheda (Stafford) Lewis.  She has lived in Ravenna since 2003 and was formerly of Oakwood Village and Maple Hts., Ohio.  Survivors include her mother Dorotheda Lewis, her husband Brian Johnson whom she married September 15, 1985, her sons Brian and Bradley and siblings Nancy Lewis, Caroline (Keith), Dorothy (Leroy), Joanne (Ernest) Herman Lewis and Kevin (Wanda) Lewis.  In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her son Brandon and brother Ronald Lewis.  Calling hours will be 1:00 PM Tuesday March 3, 3015 until time of  funeral services at 2:00 PM at the Shorts Spice Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
