James G. Carte

James G. Carte, 72, of Ravenna, passed away Monday January 30, 2017 at his residence. He was born October 4, 1944 in Sutton, West Virginia to William and Kelsie (Hall) Carte, Sr. Mr. carte has lived in Ravenna since 1976 and was retired from American Spring Wire in Bedford Hts. after 30 years of service. He was a veteran of US Army National Guard. Survivors include his wife Wilma (Goad) Carte whom he married May 30, 1968, his children Angela (Jerry) Henry of St. Charles, MO, James (Joanie) Carte of Newton Falls, four grandchildren and two step grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers William Carte, Jr. and Donald Carte. Calling hours will be Saturday February 4, 2017 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral services at 12 Noon at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel. Father James Lang will be officiating.
